Most of the AI conversation in Washington is about risk — jobs, energy, data centers, deepfakes. Very little of it is about the cancer caught three years early, the rare disease finally diagnosed, the drug candidate found in eighteen months instead of a decade. That work is happening now, in hospitals and labs across the country, and almost nobody outside of medicine hears about it.

We collect that evidence and put it in one place: the studies, the trials, the FDA clearances, the patient stories. We publish it plainly, without hype, so that anyone — a policymaker, a reporter, a patient, a skeptic — can see what's actually at stake when we talk about slowing this technology down.

Opposition to AI isn't a partisan phenomenon. It comes from the left and the right, and mostly from people who have never been shown what it can do. That's the gap we're trying to close.
